Start a Support Ticket if:
- It's been 5+ days for US or 3 weeks + for international orders
- OR the tracking is "frozen" or not progressing
Our Shipping Manager, Lisa, will research your package and see if it is determined to be lost, missing, or stolen.
IF your Order is Determined to be Lost/Stolen: Our Store Policy is to cover max $50 annually per customer with our Happiness Guarantee. We will issue you a store credit of up to $50 to assist with your lost order.
On a case by case basis, we may approve more. But this is quite rare.
We HIGHLY suggest purchasing ROUTE shipping insurance for your orders.
